i like it, but on the red banner thing, make those circles a bit (a little bit) more defined, when i see it at first, it looks like a really bad quality gradient, it takes about five seconds for me to realize those are circles with stuffz in them (maybe its just me)

they are just patterns with gradient on it that's why it look likes that.
may be my next version ill make things more clear :)

I'm torn :D the new one looks brighter/ more visually interesting but the old one looks simpler and cleaner cuz all the background colors meld together........... toughie :D I might be tempted to stick with the old.

I think you should stick with the new menu and interface, keep the old background
