In photoshop if you want to change the canvas size they give you an option of which direction you want to add or subtract the canvas. Is there a way to do something similar in flash or does it always add to the right side.

My problem is that I have a fla with a ton of key frames. Right now my stage size is 100w x 500h. I need to make it 600w x 500h, but I need to add the extra width to the left of the objects on the stage and not the right. It will take me a month of sundays to move all the objects in the key frames over. Right now they all start at 0,0. I now need them to start at 400,0.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

It always adds to the right and bottom.

You can either cut your entire timeline and paste it in a new movieclip that you can then position or click the "edit multiple frames" button in the layers pallete, extend the brackets to cover all your frames, select every frame and move all as needed.

Edit Multiple Frames, and move them all at the same time. Not optimal but that's all I can think of right now.

Thanks to both of you. That was much easier than editing all the frames individually!
