Transformed movie clip not visible

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem. I created a movie clip having dynamic text.
When I put that movie clip on the stage, it shows fine.
But if I transform it (say, vertical flip) it doesn't show.

I am herewith attaching the fla file.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
