Eeek, I've gone partially blind.

I'm serious, in the last hour my eyes have gone all funny, I can't see in some parts :(

best thing to do is to close all lights, cover your eyes with your hands for about 5 minutes, and then gradually open them. My yoga teacher taught me this, (we have yoga classes in school)
