Flash MX - Rollover buttons

Hi hope someone can help!

I am trying to create some rollover buttons which will load a movie when pressed, but as soon as another button is pressed the movie playing should turn off, replacing with another movie.

At the moment you press the buttons and all the movies play on top of each other.

Please can somebody advise, or direct me to a tutorial which will allow me to do this.

I need the button to stay selected when pressed, plus the button will have another movie to load as well as that.

The intial movie it loads will only be the title of the area, as seen in the link.
