We need a FLV Player with the ability to:
PHP/MySQL connection is very important here.
"choose scenes w/button that brings up scenes from a mysql database. when a new scene is clicked the new page loads with the database info on the page. i can do everything outside of the flash, except the flash/mysql connection script"
"work at any width and height we give it"
"use swfobject"
"have fullscreen, origonal size and fit to screen option
"High and med quality chooser that will load the appropriate file"
"when the buffer bar is clicked lets say in the middle while player, it will goto that part of the flv"
"volume, stop, pause"
"the fla file for future interface color adjustments"
This will be a rush job so if you think you can do this in a timely manner please let me know a price and a time.
