whats up guys. i have a dell insperon 9300 and for a while it hasnt been charging and wont turn on. ive bought a new charger and came to the conclusion that it is the actual port that is loose inside the computer. i know this is a common problem with some dell laptops. i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what you have done. i went to dells website and there are very detailed directions on how to fix it. i want to do it myself because it costs way too much for the shops to do it. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

How old is your battery? You might get good mileage out of replacing it.

No they can last way more than that if your plugged in a lot (I couldn't wrong though I only have 9 cells).

Hmm... have to taken it apart to see if you bent the connector in your laptop by accident.

If I see a single mac comment so help me

My battery lasted a little less than 12 months and i got it replaced just before the warranty expired
