seriously, all this freaking freelancing stuff sucks when you have to be your own salesperson. I don't have time to deal with that stuff... I just want to be like - ooh, a job... :)

here is a tip that you most likely already know:
Start high to go low...say you want

$500 bucks for a job. start at like 800 and work down. if you get lucky you might get 600.

In this new forum of ours, there will be 3 roles.

1... The freelancers that are asking for jobs
2... The searcher of jobs
3... Companies that want web sites.

The searchers should be paid 10% commission (or some other percent). That will get the searchers motivated, the freelancers' wallets exploding, and the companies a web site.
