how can i share folders between two computers when my setup is like this

internet to wan port on a 4 port router, then from the 4 ports a line goes to 2 computers and my xbox and ps2.

now everytime i run the wizard, it tells me that its very dangerous to run files the way my connection is,
is there a better way that i can share files without putting my main host computer in front of my router???
