Nice site. I like the shadow figure. One prob though:the menu is hard to find. Try and make it a little more obvious.

Interesting layout, but I think it's a a bit small. Also a better transition effect between sections would be nice as well. Also I don't like how the button on the guy's head reloads the menu.

It looks very nice, although I consider the textarea a little bit too small. You have to scroll way too much. It wasn't immediately clear to me that I had to rollOver the m to view the menu.
