In photoshop, change the search bar glow blend mode to color-burn, and turn down the opacity and you will get a much better looking glow.

I was too tired when i did this, didn't have the second chance to look back,I do agree with you ppl once i saw it again, Now I know once I decreased the brightness of my lappy,this was the result. I will definitely fix this.. thanks for your comments guys.
