Portfolio refresh - Feedback?

Hi,

I've re-designed my site last week after I've been made redundant http://www.c4dcafe.com/ipb/style_emoticons/default/nonono.gif

It's all in Flash, there's a bit of 3D, motion graphics, video, Flash...


I'm no Flash god so I'm just after some general feedback maybe?
Kind of whether the site loads fast enough or if there should be a preloader, if the nav / video play well, etc...
Some people told me their browser is crashing :jail:
And that my actionscript might be dirty :jail::jail:

it looks tacky and like you bought it from someone else

but you clearly know what you are doing content wise

the pages appear fairly empty, might want to join them together, or have a large preview on each page.

plus this is the wrong forum, there is a site critic forum

I know it's not a top design, I only put it quickly together in a week.

Could you please tell me what you mean by "have a large preview on each page"?
