How do you figure without asking at all? I didn't make it, but I do have permission from the original artist that was inspired by the box art. Plagiarism probably isn't the right term anyhow, but a PM might have been more appropriate.

Yeah, I doubt Adobe would care about the background. If anything, the square brand is more closely replicated, but I doubt they'd care about that, either.

I'd remove the KIRUPA.COM though; it seems awkwardly placed.
