Adobe Photoshop Navigation menu + Hyperlink

I wish to use Adobe Photoshop to do the navigation bar in my webpage and I know it's pretty much easier. But how do I link it separately? Pls refer to this URL...

What I don't understand is this:-
(use hotspots / image maps to make parts of the image into links.)

What is hotspots or image maps? Do the hyperlink in Dremweaver or Frontpage or Flash??

do you have image ready? that is good for links,

otherwise put your image into dreamweaver and then put the hotspots on in there, just put an image on your page, select it and the in the properties part in the bottom left there are hotspot tools. if you dont understand just look in the dreamweaver help under hotspots,
