Please help! analog clock

Hi! I want to do something like the analog clock in this website:

The minute and second hands in the watch are moving in a bit 3dimenion rotation, can anyone please tell me how to make that?

It actually looks like regular 2d. I think they/He/She just skewed the hands, and added a drop shadow.
