Ok,
I finaaaaaaaaaly got a client! Very excited. And not a bad one. My friends' sisters boyfriend runs his own Dental office. And he asked me tonight if Id do his website, then asked my prices, and I had no clue. It's been asked before.. but can someone give me a price?

I don't want to put out a HUGE price.. because friends of a friend, you know? So I don't think itd be nice to jack up the price.

He said its gonna be informational, and gonna have pictures.. and I suggested a interactive panoram of his office.. so we'll see what happens.

Can someone give me a firm price.. just anything you think is good.

I have had a lot of friends in your same situation. The advice I always give them is, even if it is a friend of a friend, it is still business. You should quote them a price as to however much you feel your time is worth. Don't try to cut your price because your afraid your going to scare him away! I have had and seen many friends and myself get screwed in a deal and end up doing soo much work for not enough money. Personally, I charge by the hour because then they won't make changes to the site every 5 minutes.

Just as a note I charged at least $50/hour
