I think u can get programs that can change the sound.. like the tone etc..
so if u have a mic i guess u can record ur own voice and edit it :P

there's no way that you can MAKE voices like those. It is possible to create the robot ones but not a chance to do one of those. But if you like, i'm good with sound editing so i can record myself, edit the way you want and then send them you! :) If you want...Or maybe you can record yourself and then let me edit the voices for you.

i can't do female. I need a male2female plugin or something. Hi quality sound cards have that but i don't own a hi-q sound card. I'm talking about Sound Blaster Live and such...

but what do i have to say?

And that's why i'm here. To help YOU. If you need those voices from the game then i can't help you ;) But if you need particual, then i can make and edit them. Just like in CS and C&C. Oh, i use Cool Edit Pro 2.0 and i'm **** good at it! :P

luksy

oh...you sent me a pm. Ok, i'll do it.

luksy

as you wanted...

"engineering at M.C.B." delay 1 or 2 sec then "batch 2001, 2003"

BUT...it's not nearly as the one from C&C (as i remember). It's more like the soldiers voice. I hope you'll go with this one if not, sorry. But things don't need to end here. If you can find someone that could record that sentence, then it would be good that you send it and i will edit it. So anyway, take a listen and comment.

Also, sorry for the bad accent but i'm not from america or england! ;)

Yes, but that doesn't sound good. It's best to do it all on you own. :)

As for the ultrashock voice...that voice is funny. Like the ones from the action movie trailers. Passion, Honor, Action. hehe. I'll try it though...but maybe not today. I have no time. This is my five minutes for today and i'm posting at Kirupa. hehe.
Tomorrow for sure.
