I´ve extracted this little snippet from an upcoming project I´m currently working on. It´s kinda funny to see, how a few particles, combined with sound, can arrange such spooky (http://prinzipiell.com/2008/05/07/spooky/) stagings.

Launch. (http://prinzipiell.com/2008/05/07/spooky/)
The chosen sound-loop may be a bit arbitrary, but once in a while I´ve to fall back on those nice little ambient grooves. You may use your mouse to emit the particles on your own ( by holding down left mouse-button and move around the stage ), or you may just sit back, relax and watch the automatic emitter do his job.
Enjoy.

I will post the sources when the whole project is finished ( also the sources for liquids (http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=297001), noisy bubbles (http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=292259) and slime balls (http://www.kirupa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=295135))
The whole project, what does that mean?
At the moment, I´m working on a 3D-realization in papervision3d and away3d called "The Exhibition (http://labs.anymotion.de)". Within that rooms you can discover all my AS3-snippets and much more.
You can see the current state of play here: http://labs.anymotion.de (http://labs.anymotion.de/)
When I´ve finished that project, all experiments will include their sources there...
And of course, after all, I will post my sources in my blog (http://www.kirupa.com/forum/labs.anymotion.de).
So please be patient awhile. ;)
Cheers

The exhibition sim was really nice even though it brought my laptop to its knees. ;) When I got to the cabinet doors it went black and stopped. Not finished? The whole thing brought back memories of playing Myst.
