Combine pantones..?

Hi, this is my question, take a look at the pic....is there any way I can found out if the combination of the Dark Orange with the Yellow results in exactly the Light Orange, based on the CMYK and other parameters?

New Color: #F8A715 R: 248 G: 161 B: 167

Light Orange: #F8981D R: 248 G: 152 B: 29

Using PS or any other tool you get that. But, there are probably softwares online. All I did was take half of each and mix them. CMYK is probably more accurate though.

//edit, You would probably have to find a book to get it specific for pantones. With software isn't not always 100% accurate.
