Just go see it, it was AWESOME. I am 100% biased because hes my favorite super hero, but even if I put that aside it is an amazing movie.

Such good action in it, and the plot was really good.

If your a very anal retentive person that nit picks every detail of a movie then you will have a ton to talk about (once you see it you will know what I mean).

Graphics were pretty decent, but a few times at the start in small scenes I questioned the time put into the effect.

This movie gets a :fab: from me.

Was I the only one that wanted that keyboard. It is the most amazing thing ever and that left side console was amazing with all the quick links and navigation.

Just got out of the movies and I ahve to say i was tototally blown away, considering iron Man is not such a huge marvel character compared to spidey or the x-folk (which are my favs by the way) I can honestly say that this is the best marvel flick yet.

Robert Downey Jr. was the perfect actor to portray Tony Stark, Terrence howard and Jeff Bridges were also fantastic, like I said this movie gave me more than I expected, the suit was amazing the HUD's and GUI's throughout the whole movie were fantastic.

It was a total gadget tech nerdgasm, bottom line is go see it its really good, now I hope the new Batman flick lives up to my expectations because Iron Man really surprised me.

What a great way to start the summer blockbusters :thumb: :thumb: ups  :fab:

I agree w/ grim here. I didn't expect it to be "great" I just expected an average super hero movie. But man, this movie was really good.

I haven't seen it yet but when I heard Terrence Howard was in it I was sold on going to see it next weekend.

Technically Iron Man isn't a superhero, his suit could be worn by any normal man making him superhero-like. I was listening to a podcast and they were talking to Robert and thats how he and the director were selling the character. ;)

I have yet to see this movie, but when it was announced and Robert Downey JR was casted to play Tony I literally went "Holy f*cking hell, they finally made a good casting decision in marvel movies" (Toby McGuire as Spidey?? Cmoooon)

Can't wait to get my wife to see it with me ; )

It was really good, I always have super low expectations for super hero/comic book movies but this one was entertaining and fun.

You guys really like Terrance Howard though, eh? He was actually my least favorite part of the movie. I think Crash or something ruined it for me. I saw him on Oprah one time and he annoyed the crap out of me.

Anyway, good movie!

At one of them the manager comes in right before the movie starts and tells everyone to turn off all cell phones and to enjoy the movie at _______. We have two pretty large movie theaters one is only like a year old and really nice but so its the older one.

I saw it yesterday.

I really thought it was pretty weak. I grew up with Marvel and Iron man. The adaptation to screen play was incredibly weak.

If it wasn't for Robert Downey JR, this movie would fail miserably.

The story was an incredible display of linearity. "intro-midpart-end_boss_sequence" with nothing to salvage it but cool effects from the Orphanage.

Can't comprehend you guys praising it so much, it gets a 6/10 from me.

I thought the movie was great, saw it twice :D

[ spoiler="spoiler name"]whatever you want to say[/spoiler]

Just remove the space in front of the first spoiler.

Also, I thought Iron Man was an excellent movie. One of the best movies about Marvel characters yet made.

Yeah spidey can also be part of the group since he's part of the team as a reserve but not a founding member, those would be hulk, thor, iron man, wasp and ant-man.

Since hulk is coming out in the next few months lets see what happens at the end of that movie it might have another hint of whats to come.

I just saw it just now...best movie I've seen in awhile. I had to say, my confidence in the movie industry was let down by 10000 BC...

I'm looking forward to Batman, and Indiana Jones now :)

The movie was good, starks character was freakin a+.

Might be as good or better than other marvel movies (maybe not spiderman 2)...but would comparing it to being worse than harry potter 3 be legit?

I'm not big on the superhero movies but I heard good things about Ironman from EVERYONE, so I went to see it. I'm so glad i did. It was great. All the the little gadgets and doo-dads were awesome. His house was so sick. RDJ played a great part.

I was part of the crew that didn't stay to the end for the credits. so thanks grimdeath for posting that.

It was OK, expected it to be more high tech warfare

also I think it should have been linear timewise,

there was a lot of "almost about to die" ...spilt second... "oh I'm fine now"
