How do i create scan lines using ps7

u can just draw a line.. duplicate it and move it down.. merge the 2 layers.. duplicate that..move it down and merge the layers.. and until it fills page :P it doesnt take very long..

or i've seen an action filter somewhere before that does it in one click

There is a bunch of ways. I like to use a channel selection and a 1 pixel feather.
