I finally got around to watching TV again this weekend and was able to see both Hitman and Cloverfield.

I would say they were both worth watching. I enjoyed Hitman more because it had a lot of gunplay and action which I tend to enjoy.

I'm a huge gamer but I never played the Hitman series. After watching it I felt like wow this is one of the few game based movies that too me didn't feel like it was based on a game. I'm sure there are things in there for fan service but I didn't notice it. It was a pretty decent story, nice looking chick, check it out.

Cloverfield, for the most part was very slow but not boring. I would have liked a little more action and coverage of the monster. At no point did I feel scared though so that was a bit of disappointment. I didn't get the feeling I could be there even with the handheld camera. I'm hoping the sequel will tell a better story and give us some facts, otherwise whats the point?

I recommend both of them as brainless fun.

Funny thing i've had the movie sense before it came out in theaters and never watched hitman. I think if I get bored I'll watch it.

Cloverfield was a fun ride, I enjoyed not seeing too much of the monster.... nice level of mystery there,

Some parts were cliché and made me want to puke in my mouth... but whatever, what monster movie doesn't have gooey romantic dialog parts

Me and my kids watched the extras and were surprised they had so much footage of the monster in it that they neglected to show in the movie. I would have enjoyed it more if Hud would have flipped his camera towards the monster while he ran from it.

I like the ending and how they kinda show you how and where the creature came from. I never seen anyone mention that though.

Its subtle and just a visual clue, my son saw it and we had to rewind the dvd several times to see it. Just wiki it.

I liked cloverfield. I thought it was good, and i always like movies done in the handheld style.

I've never seen Hitman, but I love action-y, gunpolay oriented movies and I love hitman/assassin movies, so I bet I'd love it.
