This is the official FBI site and I can'y believe how ugly it looks - very cramped and why do they need such a big static banner at the top, crushing everything underneath. The colours look ugly and it just doesn't encourage a person to stick around. Also, when you click on a link, some of the pages don't stick to the colour scheme of the site.
You'd think with their huge budget that they would employ a pro web design company to do their site instead of buying a copy of frontpage and getting one of their clerks to do it.
What do you think?

No, it's not listed as a priority, but I wouldn't have expected it to be posted on their priority page. They deal more with security issues on that page.

I just thought FBI didn't care much on the looks of their site but their services. :)

Can I ask how you put that small flash banner with the snow at the bottom of the page? Also, what are the dimensions and is there a file size limit?
Thank you.
