I have created my first big animation in as3 and I am having trouble with the playback.

It is a bit sticky and is pretty randomin playback, where it sticks etc. Attached is the report. Can someone suggest some actions. Is is possible my lack of CPU is causing the problem?
All the animation is on the frst frame.
