converting clouds into text

Hi,

I am trying to create an animation where the clouds turn into text . I have generated the clouds in flash 8 (not through actionscript).... The clouds look fine but cannot find a way to convert it into text. the clouds are as movieclip as without turning the shape into movie clip i could not add the blur effect and I cannot apply shape tween(to convert it further into text) to the movie clip directly.

Any Ideas?.....
