That's huge - most of the bands I like don't come to the east coast of the states.

I'm on the Gold Coast at the moment waiting to go to the next V festival.
1st Sydney show was great, briefly met Richard after the show. met Billy before hand (was a bit drunk at the time lol, he told me i should have more beer, was pretty finny. and told him to have a great night, and did a fist pump and said: "It's gonna be AWESOME" Then i hung out with kristin burns interviewing all the people lining up for a doco they're making, so that was fun!

here's the setlist (replace muzzle with Cherub Rock though):

Next day Jimmy did a signing, got there at a decent time and was actually first in line, and pretty much stayed at the signing table the whole time while everyone met him, just stood there with kristen burns, while she was filming stuff and talking to her. and then saw jimmy off at the back of the venue and said thanks for this and shook his hand again.

Then we found out they were doing something with MTV that night so we headed to where that was being filmed that night. it was a List only thing, and you HAD to be on the list to get in. Kristin tried to get me on but said they wouldn't give her any tickets. so we hung around and the nice security dude let us in after a bit, and we later found that that people who were ACTUALLY on the list didn't get in, cos they reached capactiy, so that was on live that night on MTV in australia, i got on TV :) they did 3 accoustic songs:
That's The Way My Love Is
Rose March
And a cover of a song called: Lips Like Sugar, and billy danced around in his crazy dress without a guitar, was pretty cool. I was right infront of Ginger like 2 feet away or something close to that :P
And then yesterday went to V festival in Sydney, they played an awesome set, was super squishy in there i got pulled out in Superchrist cos i was gonna pass out. then watched the rest of the set from afar. Here's the setlist:
Today
Tarantula
Hummer

This show, the crowd was terrible, talking A LOT during songs they didn't know and that... hence him walking off stage. We were meant to get Muzzle as the Encore but he didn't play one. Was a great show though. I enjoyed it. Jesse came on stage for the Sert the Controls cover again and totally rocked it out. He's such an awesome guy.
On the day of the V Fest, a mate an I were walking through melbourne, and i saw Billy and Jesse eating lunch, waved to them, they waved back. We were going to meet some others. and it turned out they were all eating at the same place that BC was at (they were there first :P ) so met them there, and we paid for his lunch as a thankyou for the tour. Then he came up and said: "So you're the guys that paid for our lunch". So yeh he came up to us and we talked to him for a good 30 minutes about the tour, future of the band, touring logistics and issues with warner. It was awesome.

Crowd was soooo good at this V Fest, the band performed great, billy was in a great mood (maybe cos of the free lunch :p ) Easily one of the best shows of the tour, and it was a festival set :o
