hey, i'm starting up a website, and now i'm just going thru the design approach for my typography.
i've went thru various fonts, but didn't seem to find anyone outstanding enough.

i'm looking for a corporate feeling fonts, but also a little "designer" in it.

anyone have any idea where i can browse thru good designer fonts?

thanks, would help a lot

also, anyone knows the name of the designer who did Adobe?
i forgot his name.....

what's your site theme anyway?

i'm not sure who the designer is, maybe you could find him here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adobe_Systems)

You should dive deep into dafont.com

OliJo is a very good font that is semi-corporate and neat.

For paid font families, I'd say Helvetica Nueu, DIN etc. (DIN = :fab:)

This doesn't solve your corporate feeling font question, but this is good for fonts that most machines don't have, this will allow you to keep the fonts integrity without having to use an image. Just a thought for when you find the font your looking for.

These days I avoid free fonts for the most part. I either go paid or custom. But here is a helpful list of some of the top fonts. Actually quite a few of my favs are on this list......Frutiger  DIN

was wondering if any special fonts exist, like DDD mentioned, paid or custom.
you know, some not so common yet good fonts, otherwise i would've helvetica all the way.

which is so boring.

not to mention predictable.

i wouldnt mind paying, i got dough. hahah

If you got dough then you should commission Adrian Frutiger to design you a custom typeface. I hear he's decent.
