load external DB

hey,
im having some trouble with this :( i need to grab a database, and put that information into a flash scrollbox. I know i would have to write a script that would push a record into a variable in flash, but i dont have the slightest clue where to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated :thumb:

what db are you using, and what severside code do you want to use

mySQL, Access, php, asp, etc?

hmm dosent really matter.... it is an access database i know that..... :\
