3d studio max plugins and tutorials

Does anyone know where to get the best FREE 3d studio max (preferably 5) tutorials and plugins?

I cant find any good ones,

3ds is suppose to come with the best tutorials itself, i've tried em and they're pretty well explained :)

heaps of tuts there.

the tuts that come with max are ok for getting started.
you can get more max plugins from www.3dluvr.com as well. Max 5 has some issues using plugins written for max4, even though its supposed to be backwards compatible. Make sure you before you install extra plugins to make a new folder (preferably under plugins) and adjust your max.ini file to load the plugins in the new folder. Trust me, it'll save you alot of headaches if a plugin goes wrong.
