This is what I am looking for....
On the home page of my photography website (that I am in the process of designing) I would like a horizontal scrolling bar with thumbnails of some selected images. I would like the scroll bar to have all the images cropped square and to be converted to black and white (I will supply the images). I would like the bar to move side to side with mouse movements. I have been able to get this far on my own but it is what I would like next that I get lost. I would like each image to be clickable and when clicked I would like it to increase in size and convert to the original cropping and orientation of the image including converting to color if required for that image. I am looking for a very smooth transition that is not too hard on the eyes, and yet I am not fond of just a simple zoom or scale of the image. I will supply seperate images for both the thumbnails and the zoomed images. I am just starting out in my wesite design and I am on a very limited budget. I intend to base most of my website on a purchased template although I have not been able to find something similar to this animation so I would like to see how complex it is and how much it will cost me.
