boot up problem/windows start prob...

I need help with this :-

Everytime I run my pc I must choos one of 3 options.
The options are

Windows XP pro --- Its fully working
Windows XP pro --- I removed all the files
MS windows --- 98



I whant to remove windows 98 and lett the pc start auto on WIndows xp pro the working one. but I dont know how to do it and how to also remove windows 98

because win 98 and win xp are in station C:

What to do ?

In the boot menu there is no options of removing any of these or start auto on one ?

open up boot.ini in your trusty text editor and remove the entire line involving windows 98. you can find this file on your c:\ drive. it's hidden though, but it's there.

I have fixet the problem. Windows is starting as normal auto.

I also removed win98 :)
