Trapcode Particular and AE CS3

ok, Im having a little problem.

for a tutorial im following, It says I need teh Trapcode Particular
Ive downloaded the plugin, and installed it. But when I restart the program its not there !

ive checked under Effects and its not there.

The site says After Effects 6 and higher.

Can anyone help me?
