I just picked up a cheap, used copy of Wing Commander: Prophecy for the Game Boy Advanced I inherited from my daughter. I'm enjoying it, mostly, but it didn't have an instruction book with it. I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me what all the icons and readouts indicate on the cockpit HUD.

Yeah, and all I'm getting are reviews for the GBA version and cheat codes for the PC version. :worried:

You'd think the HUD be would easy to read lol....The FAQs on sites like gamefaqs.com should have "full" instructions on them as well.

great, Theros! I'll check it out.

Nah, the HUD has symbols but no text. I thought one of 'em had something to do with weapons status, but then I ran out of ammo in a dogfight and the indicator was still full.

Maybe it's the indicator that beeps when "your shields are down and your hull is down to 1%..." You know, the your screwed indicator lol. :P

:lol: Yeah, could be. Half the time I don't know quite what I'm doing, and half the time I turn the sound off so nobody knows I'm playing GameBoy on the can :P so I'm sure I'm lacking some vital bit of feedback.
