Need to get this file to Flash 8

Could someone please help me, I worked on this file at work and forgot to save it down to flash 8 and now I want to work at home.

Just go in save as in the box " save as type " select save flash 8
or decompileour swf file and work it !

thanks for the reply. I should have been more clear. I dont have flash cs3 at home, so I couldnt do that. but i finally got it.
