Flash Video Skin Problem

I'm trying to put a FLV file made in Flash CS3 into an HTML page made in Dreamweaver CS3 and when I try to publish the HTML file the video shows up but the video skin that's supposed to show beneath the video doesn't. How the heck i can fix that???? If I use a skin for Flash 8 it shows but a skin in Flash CS3 it just does't work!!!!!

You have to upload the swf file for the skin .
when you publish the fla file it is created on the same folder than your swf file,ok
