Whats up with teh mods profiles. They have Pics that are over 50x50 and html in the info. Is HTML now allowed or avialable or has it always been allowed and i jsut missed it?

sorry daveman, but is it that irritating, or is it that you want the mods to be held to the same rules as everyone else...

and if the mods aren't held to the same rules, and it doesn't cause a functionality problem, I can't see the problem. Rev: Honestly, I myself found it quite annoying as well. At least with the mini-mod avatars I did. Because they were quite tall, and in 1-2 line posts the layout looked not so good.

I can give you a custom title with HTML, but you have to tell me what you want and I will do it for you in the mod panel.

I only changed my name once, about 3-4 months ago from dan4885 to this one, I didn't think it was such a big deal, everyone knew I switched names. I know what you mean though, it takes me a while to realize who just posted with moderator status under a different name.

Why I disagree to get rid of sigs and avatars:

1. This is a design forum, Self-Explainitory.
2. Get broadband, modems are for AOL users.
3. There is a setting to not view footers so there is no reason to complain.

Well it for the exact reasons u sated they should be be allowed. You cna turn them off if it is slowing down your pc. I love my avaters and sigs.

Sure 300x60 is a small area to squeeze in and 15K is low, but it is viewer friendly and presses the imagination and ingenuity!
