How to animate a glowing effect within a psd file???

Hi Everyone, very new to flash. I have a logo designed in photoshop, within the logo i want to generate a glowing pulsating effect around the text. I've searched everywhere online, but the only tutorials I could find were files already created in Flash, not as a psd file. Can someone please point me in the right direction or give me some sort of guide. Much appreciated.

Use the Photoshop Animation toolbar.

CS2 or later (maybe earlier too)

Or, bring the PSD layers into Flash one by one - putting each one on a new layer, so in effect you have the same setup as you did in the PSD - then you can go ahead and animate the glowing part of the image.
