This is either your Hardrive is failing or the CD is scratched and unreadable on that section.

My laptop was churning out data errors like there wasnt an end. turned out to be the HDD

I know my W3C disc is completely scratched up. Try to clean it really good maybe you can data off of it, if not you own a cd key so theres nothing ethically wrong with just downloading it and installing it that way.
