Wow. That is a lot of animation. Looks really good. I generally don't like things following my mouse (I always want to shake it off). When the explainer bubbles pop up, they cover the thumbnail I'm trying to look at. Maybe the bubbles could be fixed relative to whichever icon the mouse is over and not directly attached to the mouse. Other than that, it looks and works very well. You spent a lot of time on this and it shows.

Design wise its quite boxy and tacky. Would like to see some colour.

Really this should of been done with HTML/CSS. (although viewing the page, it is not your strong part... so just work on giving it more colour).
