View Full Version : Need to show work experience kid how to use flash

... and get him to draw a graphic and animate it
... but he's never used a computer for any form of design/drawing before!!
what should I do? anyone got any bright ideas how I can get him drawing with flash something that'll look impressive but is dead easy to do?
subject suggestions?? anything? I need help here :-\
remember he doesn't know any of the tools so it needs to be really simple

I suggest going through the tutorials in Flash's help menu. They will show him the basics.
Also there are a lot of basic tutorials on ascenvia as well, here's the link to some basic ones.

Hi Andrews, for the last year ive been forfilling a web master contract for my university, and there's people here who have done some fantastic stuff , cool interactives ...real great original stuff, most of these produced by work expereince kids.
I say take the kid on board and motivate him show him some cool stuff and get involved with him a bit, maybe start a small project with him... worst thing out is to leave him in the corner to get frustrated with a few tutes especially if he is as inexperienced as you say he is, afterall if you take someone on for work experience you shouldnt make it a burden...dont ya think? you can have some fun too :)
