Is this in Photoshop? And if so, are you using the rounded rectangle tool?

Can you show me an example? I've just used the rectangle tool and rounded the corners to 6 points, and it's come out fine...

the way flash approximates and antialiases, sometimes curves like those on curved boxes appear to be... not so round - sometimes appearing to extend beyond the bounds of the box where the curve meets a straight line.
The short answer is, tough luck. It's just the way it is. What you can do is try adjusting your size give or take a pixel here or there to see if the results are better or possibly using a thicker linestyle. Also, you might want to try scaling the box up or down just slightly after drawing it to see if that helps any.
For absolute best results, you could use a bitmap image (like one from photoshop) though, that, of course, will increase file size when added to your Flash movie.
