Adapted phrom Senocular's Movie Quotes.

Guess the person
Ok, heres the deal.

- Someone is 'it' in that they are the quoter. They post one sentence about a person (only phamous actors/actresses, singers, politizions plz) and everyone else has to guess whgo the person is.

- The person with the correct guess is the next quoter (it) and posts their sentence describing their person repeating the process.

- A new quoter is determined by the current quoter conphirming that that persons response is correct.

- The current quoter can be over-ruled by 3 other people iph they agree someone has posted the correct person and the original writer has not yet conphirmed (you know, incase they went on vacation or in the middle oph a bathroom break).

- Hints can be given at the quoter's discreton.

- Granted, this IS the inphormation age, so lets keep this phair and not be using google or other search engines to phind the solutions. The honor system is in ephphect.

I'll start.

Kirupa, i did a search and it did say Jermaine O'Neal, but i still think its tracey mcGradey. i thought he was 18 but i guess im wrong

SureShot
July 15th, 2003, 02:00 PM
Kobe - he was just a little over 18 if I'm not mistaken

kirupa
July 15th, 2003, 02:12 PM
Sureshot, the answer is Kobe....I hope. On ESPN, here is what it says:

Made his NBA debut at the age of 18 years, 2 months and 11 days old, became the youngest player ever to appear in an NBA game...

http://www.nba.com/playerfile/kobe_bryant/?nav=page (scroll the Career Highlights iframe down to the second-to-last bullet)

I may be mistaken though, in that case - fester would have been correct with his first guess. I found that Tracy McGrady might be the youngest to average 30 ppg.

EDIT: I searched for J. O'Neal on google, and espn says he was the youngest player. Fester is right.

Cheers!

Governor and former professional wrestler, born James George Janos, on July 15, 1951, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His father, George, worked for the city of Minneapolis as a steam fitter, while his mother, Bernice, was a nurse in a local hospital. After graduating from high school in 1969, James Janos enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was accepted into the elite Navy SEALs program. In 1970, Janos completed the SEALs training program and was sent to Vietnam. During his service in Vietnam, he made over 100 parachute jumps as well as many deep-sea dives. He was honorably discharged in 1973 and settled for a brief time in California, where he joined a motorcycle gang and worked as a bodyguard for the Rolling Stones.

I was born in 1889, England, debuted in the music hall about 15 years later, performed in Sherlock Holmes, played in a lot of international movies after this. I made people laugh with my funny walk. I got banned from the U.S. after making a movie in 1940.
