changing an instances color with AS?

what is the command line for changing color, I know this is a real simple question... is it tint? and how do you specify, with color#?

I want to change color on mouseover if this is possible, thanks.

When you know where to search for it, it doesn't take more than 30 seconds to find it. That's why I usually post direct links. ;)
