I like the atmosphere, and the animation's pretty good. Actually, the only real problem is that it took me ~60 seconds to figure out the drag-bar navigation...
I promise you, it'll TOTALLY BAFFLE non-Flash people. Try to infuse some Obviousness :) .

Text is also a bit hard to read on the navigation... time for some pixel fonts, maybe?

wow, nice! It just ooozes style. I agree about the slide bar though. Nice idea, but so crap for navigating, makes the site feel a little akward. Maybe you could make the bar seem larger? and more obvious?

Yups, the bar. It's cool but just too hard for a first visit. And I would center the site, vertically and horizontally. Maybe you could make something of that black background too? Feels a bit "empty".

thats really cool, some of the pics were cool, but the navigation was a bit confusing. at first i thought all there was was those squares in the middle. nice job nonetheless. =)
