I need a spammer bulletproof PHP script for a basic feedback form with user name, email and comment.
Which can you recommend with validation and security?

What do you want to do with the results, email them or put them in a database?

When ever I use a feedback form I use the pear Validate Package

You can also use a pear captcha package to help prevent spam.
