CPU Usage, how to

One quick question, and apologizes if this has been mentioned before, but how do you find out how much CPU usage the .swf file is using when its running? I know how to calculate the actual frames per second, but not CPU, which is also very vital.

Any help would be great, thanks

CTRL+ALT+DELETE and figure that. If your on a gaming computer(or any high end AMD) and such your average user is gonna get a little less FPS.

I find it nice to find your most non technical friend in the world and temperarly put a large number in the middle of the game (FPS) and tell them to tell you the number.
