Oh god. That is absolutely disgusting. I'm still not sure how they can enter the body like that. The only place I see vulnerable is the mouth, and wouldn't you feel it if something tries to climb down your throat? Plus, wouldn't you stomach acids kill it?

Eeeek. Good question. Then they'd just die inside hopefully. I know that if you hold in your unine for long enough, they get poisonous(acidic) before your bladder explodes. That acid would kill it.
