Im new to Flash and Game Development - Suggestions for First Game?

Hi all,
Im a noob in Flash and Game development. What game would you suggest I try to create first? I want to start small to learn the basics - then maybe move onto more complex projects.

Depends on what you want to make. I mean just try to remake one of the many flash games online. Dont try anything that hasnt been done a couple of times before.. because theres a reason it hasnt been done that many times before...

Something like Breakout or Arkanoid is a pretty good start. It's the first game I finished with flash and makes you learn alot of important aspects of game programming.
