HELP...autocale/resize to fit browser

hi guys.....
i still have this problem that i cant solved,maybe anybody can help me,

its about autoscale/autoresize (i dont know what to call it) a movie so it will fit any size of browser,
look for example in : http://ravijour.com (try to resize the browser,or change your screen resolution)
or in : http://www.milesaldridge.com

i'm looking everywhere including in kirupa's archives,but i cant found anything,or maybe i looked the wrong "title"....
could anybody,anyone help me.....
a sample (.fla) file would be appriciated...

i beginning to found several answer thanks to the "search" option,
but all answer i found only use external images (.jpeg or .png) as a background, and the background will autoscale/resize itself to fit the browser.
one thing came out of my though,how to do it with a movieclip?is it possible?
