Looking for a bug tracking system

We are looking for a bug tracking system for our organization. We are mainly looking for an application that is easy to configure, allows working on multiple projects in the same time and has a Windows and Web user interface. Can anyone make any suggestions?

Trac seems to be used a lot - I believe it's python based.

Well... http://www.lighthouseapp.com/ is an amazing app, but it's more geared towards a Mac, as they integrate it with Mail.app
